Susie Hart, public relations coordinator for Corbin Independent Schools, has been elected treasurer of the Kentucky School Public Relations Association. She will take office on July 1 and serve as treasurer until June 30 of 2009. Hart will be responsible for keeping track of KYSPRA's finances and for organizing the 2009 spring conference. A veteran KYSPRA member, Hart will be on track to serve as secretary in 2009-10, as president-elect in 2010-11 and as president in 2011-12.
